✅ Eligible for Free Exchange or Refund
We offer a free exchange or refund in the following cases:
- You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered)
- The item arrived damaged or broken
- The product is of significantly low quality compared to what was described
To qualify, your complaint must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims filed after this window may not be accepted, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives

🔄 Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. In cases of a change of mind or if you simply do not like the product, we will try our best to assist you. However, please note that any associated costs in such cases will be borne by the customer, and each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
❌ Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery
- The item has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- The product is in a category excluded from returns (e.g., personal care, hygiene products, or items marked as non-returnable)
🚚 Return Shipping
For genuine claims (wrong, damaged, or defective items), return shipping is arranged on our end at no cost to you. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Once your return or exchange is approved, processing typically takes 3–7 business days, and your replacement or refund will be handled as quickly as possible.
